Each piece measures 60×40×30cm/25kg, with a full container limited to 82 sets (compliant with DOT 49 CFR 173.185 lithium content restrictions).

Core Pain Points:

DG Compliance Risks: Need to simultaneously meet FAA’s new lithium battery transportation regulations (effective 2025) and Amazon FBA dangerous goods audit standards.
Warehousing Bottlenecks: Amazon’s daily dangerous goods warehousing quota is only 15 pallets, and traditional LCL (Less than Container Load) modes are prone to port delays.
Temperature Control Requirements: Maintain SOC (State of Charge) at 30%-50% during sea transport to prevent thermal runaway.

End-to-End DG Management

Adopted a "double declaration" mechanism: Pre-submitted FAA Form 5800.7 and Amazon Hazmat Review, with a 100% document approval rate.
Containers installed with anti-static coatings and temperature/humidity recorders, with data directly linked to Amazon Seller Central.

2. Distribution and Warehousing Optimization

Used a Los Angeles overseas warehouse as a buffer: Batch delivery according to Amazon’s system quota (precise daily delivery of 14 pallets).
Activated an AMZL dedicated trucking account, reducing booking response time to 4 hours.

3. Emergency System

Purchased FMCSA special insurance ($2 million coverage per container) to cover all transportation risks.
